Mark - Service Manager
Mark is friendly, caring and a good communicator. He has many years of dealership and repair experience. Mark provides the extra touch needed between customer and mechanic. You can rest assured that you will be taken care of in an honest, friendly manner. Mark works with the mechanic to ensure that the repair work is presented to the customer with a clear understanding of what service needs to be done. Mark is the Crew Chief for the TKO Towing sponsored Duquette Racing 4X Stock Car.
Lori - General Manager
In addition to working at Marquette General Hospital and raising their three children, Lori works "behind the scenes" to keep the business running efficiently.
