Jerry - Owner/Master MI ASE Certified Technician
Experience with all makes and models, worked at Ford, Nissan, Isuzu, Hundai, and Toyota dealerships. Jerry is comical, down to earth, using common sense thinking with years of on-the-job experience. He's ready to lend a hand, goes the extra mile, and will not "sell" you more than what is necessary.

Rob - Service Manager
Rob has a lot of experience under his belt in the auto repair business. He worked as a mechanic for us for a few months, but is now taking over the service manager position. Stop in sometime and meet our new service manager. We're sure you will like him as much as we do.

Shayne - Mechanic
Shayne may seem new to recent customers, but he is actually a returning employee. Other work opportunities took him away before, but now he is back to help service our loyal customers. Shayne has a positive work ethic that compliments the TKO committment to customer satisfaction. We are happy Shayne decided to return to TKO.

James - Mechanic
James is our newest employee at TKO Automotive. He has proven to be an asset to the team with his extensive knowledge on vehicle repairs and his continual optimistic attitude. We are pleased that James has joined the TKO team!

Lori - Administrative Assistant
Lori brings to the table a wealth of knowledge and experience. In an effort to get more personally in touch with our clients, we have incorporated customer call-backs to ensure customer satisfaction. We have had an enthusiastic response to this and have received a lot of positive customer feedback. We believe we have learned and grown professionally from this process. Customer satisfaction if very important to us. We are also working on the implementation of a Fleet Service at TKO.

Rachael - Office Manager
A 2009 graduate of NMU's college of business, Rachael has a Bachelors Degree in Accounting and has been with TKO since her graduation. In addition to working two other part-time jobs, Rachael manages the books for TKO Automotive to make sure everything is kept in check.
